CONDENSED TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning the Seller, the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service.
GENERAL
• The Sellers provides custom artwork commissions including illustrations, portrait fan art, graphic assets, and other agreed projects.
• The Seller reserves the right to refuse any commission request before payment is made.
PAYMENT
• Payment may be made either in full or with a 50% upfront payment.
• Artwork will not be delivered until full payment has been completed.
• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, Mercado Pago, and in person cash/card payments where applicable.
• Payment processor may apply transaction fees.
• Tips are optional an appreciated.
PROCESS AND REVISIONS
• Pricing depends on artwork type, complexity, rendering style, and additional request.
• Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
• Minor revisions may be requested during lineart and coloring phases.
• Major changes requested after approval of a previous stage may require additional payment.
DELIVERY AND TURNAROUND
• Estimated completion time ranges from one week to one month depending on workload and complexity.
• Delay may occur due to workload, emergencies, illness or communication delays.
• Finished artwork are delivered digitally through agreed methods.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
• The Seller retains all copyright and ownership of the commissioned Artwork
• The Client retains ownership of their original characters and concepts.
• The Client may post the artwork online with proper credit to the Seller.
• The Client may not claim the Artwork as their own creation, remove signatures, resell, use the Artwork for train AI or mint NFTs, or commercialize the Artwork without authorization of the Seller.
REFUNDS
• Refunds may be consideren in cases of payment errors, emergencies or excessive delays.
• Refund amount may vary depending on work already completed.
• Refunds may not be granted after substantial completion of the commission.
CONTENT
• All Artwork is created with artistic and creative intent.
• The Seller reserves the right to refuse, cancel, discontinue, or decline to publish any commission at their discretion.
AGREEMENT
By submitting payment, the Client confirms they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and may be updated in the future at the Seller's discretion.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: May 13th 20261. INTRODUCTION.
The following Terms of Service ("Agreement") apply between the artist ("Seller") and the individual(s) or institution ("Client") purchasing creative service ("Service") from the Seller for the process of the creation of custom artwork ("Artwork").
By ordering a Service from the Seller, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.2. SERVICES.
The Seller provides the creation of the following Artwork, including but not limited to:
- Character illustrations
- Portraits
- Fan art
- Graphic assets
- Other custom Artwork agreed upon in writing3. PROCESS.
1. The Client submits a request with project details.
2. The Seller reviews the request and confirms availability.
3. Pricing, deadlines, and usage rights are discussed before work begins.
4. Work begins only after either full payment or 50% upfront payment has been received.
5. If the Client chooses to pay 50% upfront, the final Artwork will not be delivered until the remaining balance has been fully paid.
6. The Seller reserves the right to decline any commission request at their sole discretion prior to receiving payment.4. PRICING.
Prices are determined individually based on the type and complexity of the Artwork requested by the Client.
Artwork Types:
1. Headshot / Bust. Artwork depicting the character from the chest, shoulders, or neck up.
2. Half Body. Artwork depicting the character from the waist or thighs up.
3. Full Body. Artwork depicting the character from head to feet.Rendering Options:
Prices may vary depending on the rendering style requested by the Client
1. Flat Colors. Clean line art with flat colors and no shading.
2. Full Shading. Fully rendered Artwork including shadows, lighting, and detailed coloring.Additional charges may apply for:
- Complex background
- Extra characters
- Alternate versions5. PAYMENT.The Client may choose between the following payment methods:
- Full Payment: The total amount must be paid before work begins.
- 50% Upfront Payment: The Client may pay 50% of the total price before work begins. The remaining 50% balance must be fully paid before the final Artwork is delivered.Payment can be made in either United States Dollars (USD) or Mexican Pesos (MXN) depending on the Client's preference. Prices may vary depending on the payment platform used.

- Cash, debit or credit payment (available only for in-person full payments).The Seller is not responsible for additional transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes applied by payment providers or financial institutions.Tips are optional but greatly appreciated as support for the Seller's work and services.6. REVISIONS.
The Client is entitled to the following revisions during the commission process:
- Revisions during the sketch phase. Major changes to pose, composition, expression, or general concept may be requested at this stage
- Minor revisions during the line art phase. Small adjustments such as details, accessories, or minor corrections may be requested once the sketch has been approved.
- Coloring revisions during the shading or final phase. Minor color adjustments may be requested during the coloring and rendering process.
- Backgroundless version upon request. The Client may request a transparent or backgroundless version of the final Artwork at no additional cost.
Any major changes requested after approval of a previous phase may incur additional charges and may be treated as an alternate version of a new commission.7. TURNAROUND TIME.
Estimated completion time is approximately between one week and one month depending on workload. Deadlines are estimated and may change due to illness, emergencies, workload or unforeseen circumstances. The Seller will communicate delays when possible.8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES.
The Client agrees to:
- Provide clear references and instructions.
- Respond to communication in a timely manner.
- Ensure they have permission to use any reference provided.
- Review and approve work stages promptly.
Differences in time zone, workload and unforeseen delays may affect estimated delivery timelines.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by loss of communication from the Client for extended periods of time.9.- COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP.
The Seller retains all distribution rights, copyright, and ownership of the Artwork created through the Service.
The Client retains the intellectual property right to their original characters and concepts. Any existing character, franchises, or intellectual properties belong to their respective creators or copyright holders.10. LICENSES.
The Seller may:
- Display commissioned work in portfolios, websites, conventions, and social media.
- Share process images, sketches, or previews unless confidentiality is agreed upon beforehand.
If the Client requests confidentiality or delayed posting, this must be discussed before work begins.The Client may:
- Post the Artwork online with proper credit to the Seller.
- Display the Artwork in slideshows, personal websites, streams, videos, or similar non-commercial content.
- Use the Artwork as an asset for personal websites, indie projects, videos and streaming content that is not primarily commercial in nature.
- Use the Artwork as profile picture, wallpapers, personal prints or any other personal and non-commercial activity.
The Client may not:
- Claim the Artwork as their own creation.
- Remove signatures, watermarks, or credits without permission.
- Resell, redistribute, or mint the Artwork as NFTs.
- Sell merchandise using the Artwork.
- Use the Artwork in advertising or commercial products without permission.
- Generate AI or machine learning datasets using the Artwork.
- Use the Artwork for commercial purposes without a separate commercial agreement.
- Reproduce or modify the Artwork for profit without written permission from the Seller.Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing all commissioned Artwork is intended for personal use only.11. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS.
Refunds are not always instant and may depend on the payment method used by the Client and the processing times of the corresponding payment platform.Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- An error has occurred during the payment or invoicing process.
- The Client requires the refund due to a verifiable emergency.
- The Seller has taken more than two months to complete the Artwork without prior agreement or communication regarding delays.
- If a refund is approved, the amount refunded may vary depending on the progress already made on the commission.For PayPal payments, same-day refunds may only be processed before 12:00 AM CST due to PayPal's operating and processing limitations in Mexico.The Seller reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases where substantial work on the commission has already been completed.The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving Artwork or approved work stages.12. CONTENT.
All content created through the Service is produced with artistic and creative intent, regardless of the subject matter, themes, characters, or nature of the commissioned Artwork.The Seller does not create content with the intention of promoting harm, discrimination, illegal activities, or malicious conduct through the Service.The Seller reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, discontinue or choose not to publicly display or publish any commission or completed Artwork when deemed necessary for professional, personal, platform, or service-related reasons.13. DELIVERY.
Final files are delivered digitally via:
- Cloud storage
- Telegram as an uncompressed file
- Other agreed method14. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT.
By submitting payment for a commission, the Client confirms agreement with this Agreement.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and may be modified or updated in the future at the Seller's discretion.
